Georgia Bird

Physiotherapist

Georgia Bird graduated from the University of Southampton with a BSc in Physiotherapy. She has extensive years’ experience working across both inpatient and outpatient settings within the NHS and private sector.

Georgia has extensive experience in hydrotherapy and holds an ATACP certificate. Her clinical background includes work within major trauma centres in Oxford, MSK services, elective and non‑elective orthopaedics, and a prestigious private London clinic utilising state‑of‑the‑art technology. She has also worked across a wide range of acute care specialties, including cardiothoracics, spine, hand therapy and critical care.

After living and working in Vancouver, Canada for two years, Georgia has recently returned to her hometown of Henley. During her time abroad, she also travelled extensively throughout South, Central and North America.

Georgia made the most of living overseas by embracing an active lifestyle, spending much of her time hiking, skiing and trail running. She has completed her first marathon and ultra‑marathon, with a long‑term goal of completing an Ironman.

Georgia is passionate about her work and loves helping people move well and feel confident in their bodies again — whether that means managing day‑to‑day life or returning to demanding sport. She strongly believes that movement is fundamental to long‑term health and wellbeing, and that rehabilitation should feel motivating rather than intimidating.

Advice: Movement doesn’t need to be perfect — it just needs to be consistent.
