She graduated with a BSc in Physiotherapy. She has worked in hospitals and sports teams, where she gained experience with musculoskeletal patients from all ages and diverse cultures.
She has completed post graduate courses in dry needling, pilates training and paediatric MSK care.
Her passion for physiotherapy lies in treating headaches, back and neck pain as well as jaw pain
Her interests outside of work include rock climbing, hiking, paddle boarding and running.
Your best advice for a patient:
Do your exercises—unless you enjoy seeing me forever! Rest is rust, and no, cracking sounds don’t mean you’re falling apart
