Lewis graduated with a Bachelor’s of Science (Honours) degree in Physiotherapy from Oxford Brookes University and has gained clinical experience through private practice, hospitals, and sports settings, developing experience with musculoskeletal, neurological, and respiratory conditions in patients of all ages.
He has completed additional courses in kinesiology taping and holds a Level 4 qualification in Sports Massage Therapy. Further enhancing his ability to support patients through recovery, injury prevention, and performance optimisation.
With a background as a professional swimmer who competed at the Scottish Nationals, Lewis developed a strong appreciation for movement, performance, and the importance of effective rehabilitation. He has a particular interest in strength training and helping individuals regain confidence and physical capability.
Outside of work, Lewis enjoys training at the gym, staying active, spending time with friends and family and traveling.
His advice to patients is to stay consistent, be patient, and keep a positive mindset throughout their recovery journey.
