Yusrah graduated with a Bachelor of Science (Honours) degree in Physiotherapy in South Africa. She has gained experience in acute hospitals, sub-acute rehabilitation facilities and out-patient clinics, developing expertise in neurological, orthopaedic and musculoskeletal conditions.
Additional training: Winback, Compex, shockwave therapy, dry needling, kinesiology taping and sports massage.
Yusrah is passionate about helping her clients feel confident, achieve their goals and improve their quality of life. She delivers personalised, evidence-based care for both acute and long-term musculoskeletal conditions, using hands-on therapy, tailored exercise prescription and modern rehabilitation technology to optimise results and support recovery.
Outside of work, Yusrah enjoys staying active and adventurous, reading a good book, and spending time with family and friends.
