Nakita has done additional training in: Winback, Compex ,Forcedecks and shockwave. She has completed post graduate courses in dry needling, pilates (Basi Pilates) and sports massage.

Nakita graduated with an honours degree in physiotherapy in 2018. She has worked in several clinical settings over the years since graduating and has experience in treating musculoskeletal and neurological conditions.
Nakita’s passion lies in rehabilitation and helping individuals see and reach their full potential.

Her best advice to her patients are: “Always listen to your body, prioritise correct movement patterns to prevent injuries and promote recovery and most importantly, don’t compare yourself to other people”
When she is not at work, Nakita loves being outdoors, traveling and exploring new places as well as meeting new people
