With a passion for helping individuals recover and perform at their best, Trupti graduated with a Masters in Sports and Exercise Medicine from Manchester University. Since graduating she has worked in hospitals and clinics gaining extensive experience in musculoskeletal, orthopaedic, neurological, cardiovascular, community, respiratory, basic Women’s health physiotherapy and ICU setups.
Trupti has completed further courses in muscle activations, dry needling and sports injuries. She is also a modified pilates trainer. She is a Winback and Compex expert certification. She also holds further qualifications in children and adolescent sporting injuries.
She has gained experiences working at various sporting events and high-performance centres.
Trupti has a particular interest in orthopaedic and musculoskeletal injuries and spends her spare time keeping active, playing badminton, reading, travelling and being outdoors.
