Management, Personal Assistance, Secretarial, Communication skills

– What are you most passionate about learning in the field of physiotherapy?  

Understanding patients ability to recover, see how the Physios address injury problems, requiring treatment and the evaluating and the outcomes.

– What’s the most interesting thing you’ve learned working at a physiotherapy clinic? 

Observing the management of the growing clinic, the different field of expertise and how they are maintaining best practice for continues growth

– What are your top tips for navigating insurance and appointment bookings?  

Facilitating clear communication between the patient and the insurer, ensuring the patients understanding their coverage and to guide them effectively.

– What’s your favourite part about being part of the physiotherapy team?  

The amazing team and our leaders

– What are some of your hobbies or interests outside of work? 

I love everything related to the culinary arts of food, entertaining, spending time with family and friends and exploring this beautiful country.

– What’s a fun fact most people don’t know about you?  

I play the piano and love to cook. Most of my dishes are prepared in a cuisine style, decorated for visual appeal. After all, you eat with your eyes. I can even make egg on toast look delicious.

– Imagine you could grant one physiotherapy-related wish. What would it be and why?  

I can address and resolve all issues for patients in pain.
