Harriet graduated from the University of Southampton with a First Class Bachelor of Science (Honours) degree in Physiotherapy. She has gained broad clinical experience across NHS and private orthopaedic settings, musculoskeletal outpatient clinics, and respiratory ward and community care.
Harriet delivers personalised, evidence-based rehabilitation for both acute and long-term musculoskeletal conditions. She combines hands-on manual therapy with modern rehabilitation technology to support optimal recovery and long-term outcomes.
Alongside her physiotherapy degree, Harriet completed a diploma in Sports Massage and has worked closely with university sports scholars, supporting performance, recovery, and injury prevention. She is passionate about clear communication, individualised care planning, and empowering patients to take an active role in their rehabilitation journey.
Outside of work, Harriet enjoys horse riding, playing hockey, long countryside walks, and travelling.
