BSc (Hons) Physiotherapy, HCPC, MCSP, HPCSA
Nirvana began her physiotherapy career in South Africa after completing her BSc (Hons) in Physiotherapy, establishing a strong foundation in musculoskeletal therapy. She went on to spend 24 years practising in the UAE, where she developed an excellent reputation as a highly sought-after clinician across both inpatient and outpatient settings. She is deeply valued by her patients for her warm, compassionate approach and her commitment to delivering personalised, transformative care.
Nirvana specialises in the management of orthopaedic conditions, sports injuries, post-surgical rehabilitation, and a wide range of musculoskeletal injuries. She has also undertaken additional training in Orthopaedic Manipulative Therapy (OMT), shockwave therapy, dry needling and dry cupping, as well as Pilates Mat Level 1. Her professional development also includes healthcare leadership and clinical education, having previously worked as a BLS instructor and delivered training in back awareness and ergonomics.
Outside of work, Nirvana enjoys travelling, reading, spending quality time with her family, and exploring local farmers’ and flea markets. Her approach to patient care is grounded in consistency, balance, and partnership. As she says: “True recovery is a partnership. Take each day as it comes, and remember that every small effort adds up. Focus on mobility over intensity, and do as much as you can in moderation—because consistent movement is medicine for your joints.”
