Phaedra is a dedicated physiotherapist with a strong passion for musculoskeletal (MSK) therapy. She holds a Masterâs degree in Physiotherapy and a degree in Sports, combining academic knowledge with hands-on clinical experience.
Since graduating, Phaedra has worked across both hospital and sporting environments, developing a broad skill set in MSK outpatients, orthopaedics, respiratory care, and event-based physiotherapy, including work with England Touch Rugby.
She has also completed additional training in kinesiology taping to further support patient recovery and performance.
Outside of the clinic, Phaedra enjoys staying active in the gym and playing rugby, as well as spending quality time with family and friends.
