Sabrina is a musculoskeletal-focused Physiotherapist with international clinical experience across the UK, UAE and USA. She holds an MSc in Advanced Physiotherapy from Manchester Metropolitan University, further developing her expertise in MSK rehabilitation and sports injury management.
She is passionate about helping individuals overcome pain, recover from injury and return to the activities they enjoy. Sabrina combines thorough assessment with evidence-based treatment, using a blend of manual therapy, soft tissue mobilisation, dry needling, dynamic cupping and progressive exercise rehabilitation. She also has experience in diagnostic ultrasound, shockwave therapy and the technologies at Physiolistic, ensuring a comprehensive and patient-centred approach focused on long-term results.
Outside of work, Sabrina enjoys playing tennis, travelling on weekends and spending quality time with family and friends. She loves hosting gatherings for loved ones and is driven to stay focused on her personal and professional goals while maintaining a healthy work–life balance.
