Nardus holds a Bachelor’s (Honours) degree in Physiotherapy and has extensive experience working in hospitals and with sports teams. His expertise spans musculoskeletal, neurological, and respiratory conditions across all ages and diverse cultural backgrounds.

Committed to continuous learning, Nardus has completed postgraduate training in dry needling, diagnostic ultrasound, concussion and dizziness management, and injury prevention. He has provided physiotherapy support at high-performance centres and multiple sporting events.

Currently, Nardus serves as the physiotherapist for Reading Hockey Club and has worked with elite athletes, including world record holders and Olympians. His passion lies in team and endurance sports, musculoskeletal rehabilitation, hand therapy, and concussion recovery.

Beyond physiotherapy, Nardus is a high-performance netball player and previously competed in elite horse riding. He enjoys traveling and outdoor activities, always seeking new challenges and experiences.

My best advice for a patient: Rehab is like a rollercoaster – enjoy the ride!!
